Julee Cruise, known for her common collaborations with director David Lynch, has sadly passed away.

Her husband Edward Grinnan confirmed the information in a post to social media on Friday (June 10), per The Guardian.

“She left this realm on her very own terms. No regrets,” he wrote on Facebook. “She is at peace.”  Edward added, “I played her ‘Roam’ during her transition. Now she will roam forever. RIP, my love.”

Julee started out working with David in 1986 for his feature movie Blue Velvet, when he recruited her to sing “Mysteries of Love” for the movie.

They worked together again for her debut album Floating into the Night and Julee contributed vocals for Twin Peak‘s songs “Into the Night” and “The Nightingale,” as well as the theme “Falling.”

She went on to collaborate with a number of other artists as well, including Moby, the Welsh electronic music group Hybrid, former individuals of Deee-Lite, Depeche Mode’s Martin Gore and more.

Tyson stated of the project: "I have been searching to tell my tale for quite a few time... Hulu's Mike will best on Thursday, August 25.
